damage, harm, or death, consequential or inconsequential, caused by the misuse
of our products. Installation
of certain products may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: Federal Law prohibits the removal, or rendering inoperable of
any device of design affecting vehicle emissions or safety in a vehicle used on
public highways.
Labor/Installation Quotes and Charges
Effective 1/1/04, ESP’s base labor rate will be billed at
$52.00 per hour. We will do
everything in our power to ensure an accurate quote to the best of our ability.
However, we ask our customers to please be aware that unforeseen
circumstances and complications (corroded bolts, frozen assemblies, etc.) can
not be anticipated in the original quote and may result in more hours of labor
to complete the job. Such items as
incorrect parts, used/incomplete parts, gray-market parts, and
interfering/improperly made/no-name aftermarket parts will almost always
increase the cost of installation.
We at ESP like surprises as much as the next guy and
therefore will ALWAYS contact the customer should we find that extra time is
required to complete a particular job/installation. ESP will not perform any additional work without the consent
of the customer. It is this pledge
that ensures our customers are comfortable having ESP repair/upgrade their
vehicles and continue to do so for years to come…
ESP stands behind our work and will guarantee all
installations on new parts that are purchased through ESP.
ESP only sells high quality parts that are licensed by the manufacturer
to be sold in the US. We work
diligently to weed out those suppliers offering products of poor quality.
Therefore ESP is NOT responsible for installation charges incurred due to
improper fit/application when parts are not purchased through our company.
We can not stress enough the importance of purchasing parts that fit
right the first time. Used parts
carry no labor warranty unless otherwise stated.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. ESP is not
responsible for typos or misprinted pricing information.
Should a customer place an order amidst a price increase from our
supplier(s), ESP will notify the customer of the new price before completing the
transaction.
Method of Payment
ESP accepts payment in the form of cash, certified check,
bank check, and postal money order. ESP also accepts credit card payments
through Paypal. Personal checks are
accepted on parts orders ONLY and will required a 10 day delay in shipment while
the check clears. A $30.00 returned
check fee will be accessed for all payments returned for non-sufficient funds.

to open an account Should a customer account be turned over for collection, the customer is
responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and any other expenses
occurred herein. Any fraudulent
attempts will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Company or business checks may only be accepted upon approval.

Shipping
ESP offers shipment within the continental U.S. through UPS
ground as well as Fed EX. ESP
highly recommends adding insurance for all of its shipments.
Special orders require an additional 2 to 3 week lead time before
shipment. Drop shipments may
require additional fees which may vary with product and supplier.
Out of Stock Orders
Items
that are not in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order.
Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier at request of the
customer. Additional drop shipment
fees may apply. Should an order be placed where any item is not in stock, the
entire order will be held until the shipment can be made complete, unless
otherwise requested by the customer to ship a partial shipment of available
parts. Partial shipments will
require multiple shipments and incur higher shipping costs. ESP will do its best to notify customers of shortages of
stock at the time of order placement.
Special Orders
Special Order merchandise will require a 100% deposit.
Upon placing a special order, the item(s) can NOT be cancelled.
Special Order items are not returnable.
Any and all deposits placed on Special Order merchandise are non
refundable.
Refused Shipment
Any customer that refuses a shipment for any reason will be
assessed a refused shipment penalty of $25.00 on top of the original shipping
costs. The customer will no longer
be able to purchase any parts or services until all such charges have been paid
in full. Restocking fees may
apply
Returns
All returns must be marked with a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). RMA numbers
may be obtained by calling our customer service department. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
No returns will be accepted on the following: special order merchandise,
electronic items, electrical parts, promo items or discontinued merchandise. All
items returned must be new condition, in original packaging, and must be
re-sellable. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO items will be accepted that
have been used or installed in any way. Merchandise
must be returned freight prepaid as items shipped collect will not be accepted
by ESP. Credit will be applied
towards future purchases only.
Warranty
All items which carry manufacturers warranties are to be
handled directly with the manufacturer. No additional warranty beyond that of
the manufacturer is expressed or implied. ESP will be happy to provide
assistance should a warranty issue arise. ESP
will not warranty any item that was not purchased through ESP. Items offered exclusively through ESP will carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Core Charges
All items which have a core
associated with them will be billed on the original invoice.
All good, usable cores returned within 30 days will be issued credit.
Core credit can be applied to future purchases or refunded by means of the
original purchase method.
Privacy
ESP respects your rights to
privacy. Any and all information
collected by ESP will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed,
sold or loaned to other parties. ESP
reserves the right to contact its customers for the following reasons:
To follow-up on an order
To notify customers of
complications with their order
To offer customers whom ESP
feels may be interested in special purchases, donating their vehicles for
testing purposes, etc. a chance to participate in these programs.
Storage Fees
A storage fee of up to $15 per day may be added to any
invoice for vehicles that are not picked up within 3 days of being notified of
its completion unless prior arrangements are made.
If payment/pick-up arrangements have not been made after 5 days, ESP has
the right to store the vehicle outside on the premises of the facility.
ESP is not responsible for damage, theft, or vandalism that could occur
to vehicles left unattended outside our facility. |
